Howie, or should I say, HOW I Escaped, is a story about a man who opens his life and allows the reader to gaze through the pages of his heart. His relationships navigate his introspection, and reveal truths about love, loss and living, that apply to us all. What makes this story so alluring is that everyone has experienced love, both good and bad; everyone has experienced loss, and everyone is experiencing life. Howie is about one man’s escape from personal entrapment; interwoven with humor, poetic silhouettes and inspirations that reflect the true meaning of life. Howie is a novella centered on a fictional character depicting real life situations that offer us entertainment, laughter and self help. It is a quick read that can be enjoyed while flying, getting gorgeous or just lounging around in the yard. Howie is fun reading, and helps us discover that at the core of life, we are not so very different from one another after all.
